It is our intention to progress the planned maintenance programme for 2020/21 as noted below and we hope to appoint contractors shortly to help take this forward. All works will be carried out in accordance with government guidelines and revised practices to take account of Covid 19.

We have also re-commenced works to upgrade smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors to improve tenant safety and meet the revised legislation by February 2021.
Close cleaning and ground maintenance services have also recommenced and gas maintenance and safety checks are continuing to be programmed.
Although we are currently operating an emergency repairs service only, we will review this in accordance with Government guidance as restrictions are eased.
