Customer Service Standards Policy Consultation

Drumchapel Housing Co-operative is a customer-focused organisation and we are committed to providing a quality service. Our commitment to customer care is underpinned by the core values adopted by both staff and Management Board members.  These core values are excellence, accountability and partnership working.  We aim to provide appropriate training for our staff and develop effective methods of seeking customer feedback.
 
We have reviewed our Customer Service Standards Policy.  We would appreciate if you could take the time to read the new policy and complete our short survey via SurveyMonkey via the links below -
