Service Delivery Complaint

We regard a complaint as any expression of dissatisfaction about our action or lack of action, or about the standard of service provided by us or on our behalf.   We manage a variety of service delivery complaints in-line with the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman’s (SPSO) Model Complaints Handing Procedure.  We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible at the frontline by our trained members of staff.
