Although our office has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, this has not had an impact on our ability to meet the needs of our tenants. Most staff have been working from home and have been contactable during normal office hours.
With the easing of most of the Covid-19 restrictions, we have reviewed our working arrangements and all staff have now settled back to working full-time at the office. We are following safe working practices and are continuing to take precautions to mitigate risk of infection. We understand that our tenants have been keen to interact with staff face-to-face however the safety of our tenants and staff is paramount.
From the 1st April 2022, the office will reopen initially on an appointment basis only. This is to help control the number of visitors in the office. All tenants must confirm that they are not experiencing any Covid symptoms prior to entering the office and that they have not tested positive for Covid in the past 14 days. All visitors will have to social distance, wear a face covering and use the sanitiser provided. This will be kept under review in line with Scottish Government guidance. Thank you for your patience.
