We are thinking about changing our approach to rent setting and want to take our tenants views into account. We have issued a survey to our tenants as we want to give tenants the opportunity to influence how future rents will be calculated.
This is not about us making more money for the rental pot. It is about ensuring that our rents more fairly reflect the property size and type. Any change to the rent structure will not increase the amount of rent we charge overall, although individual tenants’ rents may change. We would ask that tenants complete the survey either via the link on the text message sent or return the printed form by Monday 4th April 2022. Tenants who participate and provide their contact details will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win either one prize of £100 or one prize of £50 of shopping vouchers.
