Changes to your Household

As a tenant, it is important that you notify the Co-operative of any changes to your household.  This includes anyone leaving or joining your household.

You must apply for permission for anyone to join your household prior to them joining by completing a Permission to Stay Form which can be found below.  You must now allow the property to become overcrowded as per the terms of your tenancy agreement.

If you fail to notify the Co-operative of any changes to your household, your ability to make changes to the tenancy wiill be affected and it could also prevent others succeeding (taking over) the tenancy.
